OUR CORE VALUES
EVER-EVOLVING
WORLDVIEW
A stagnant perspective is parasitic to even the healthiest of endeavors. In the rapid-paced world of social entrepreneurship, we take nothing as a given and we openly embrace innovation.
COLLABORATION
AT ALL COSTS
Our teams are our strongest assets, and we capitalize on the power of working together to make a greater impact through an aggregation of insights, perspectives, and experiences.
IMPACT BEYOND THE MEASURABLE
Change comes in all shapes and sizes, and while we believe in quantifying the reasonable, we take a holistic approach to implementing short-term and long-term solutions.
CONTAGIOUS
INQUIRY
Questions don't always lead to answers, but rather generate more questions. A sustained path of inquiry often uncovers more than attempting to reach an immediate answer to every question we pose.
SUSTAINABILITY
DESPITE UNCERTAINTY
We understand that nonprofits are constantly adapting to an increasingly complex social, political, cultural and economic landscape-- our solutions are built to last.
LEADERSHIP
AT ALL LEVELS
Our Leadership is an innate quality possessed by each and every member, rather than an activity defined by a title or role. We each embrace opportunities to make a difference and lead by example.

The Hilltop Consultants Board is responsible for managing client services and guiding the overall initiatives and activities of the organization.
