SPRING 2020 PROJECT MANAGERS
PMs work with the client at all stages of the consulting process, from forming the parameters of the project, to presenting their team's findings and creating original, utilizable deliverables to address the client ask and inform the futures of the nonprofits they assist.

Consultants perform exhaustive analysis to address all components of a client ask. Their research often includes market analysis, benchmarking against nonprofits around the globe, data manipulation and design, interviews with industry experts, and integration of nonprofit-centric scholarship. They present their findings to the client several times through formal presentations throughout each semester.
