ABOUT THE ONLINE CLIENT CENTER
24/7 ONLINE ACCESS
The Online Client Center is a web-based portal where current clients can log in to stay connected with their projects. The OCC acts as a supplement to in-person meetings and regular checkups with PMs, allowing clients to access information about their project any time with the click of a button.
The OCC augments the Client-Hilltop relationship by serving as a base for client newsletters, information about project schedules and timelines, and records of meetings, presentations, and deliverables. All in one central portal, these materials help us and our clients stay on the same page.
PRIVATE PROJECT PAGE
In addition to the central OCC, each client receives a private password-protected page specific to their project. This page is dedicated to providing information about the client's Hilltop team, major project updates, project-related documents, as well as contact capabilities between clients and PMs.
LOG IN TO THE OCC
Click the "Login/Sign up" button and enter email and preferred password. We'll receive and approve your request within 24 hours.
Click the "Login/Signup" button, click on "login" at the top right of the popup box, and enter approved email and password. Once logged in, click the "OCC" button to access the Online Client Center. To access your project-specific page, choose your nonprofit and enter your project password.
Return to the About the OCC page and click "Logout" next to the "OCC" button.
