WHY HILLTOP?


 
Many members cite Hilltop as one of their favorite and most formative experiences as an undergraduate at Georgetown University. Along with the unparalleled experience of working with some of the nation's leading nonprofits, members have access to exclusive training sessions and networking opportunities with prestigious firms like McKinsey, Bain, Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte, Accenture, and PwC. 
 
There are many opportunities to make an impact in Hilltop, from leading a project to reaching out to prospective clients to completing an independent internal project. Though our members have a diverse range of interests and professional inclinations, all of our members possess strong analytical and communication skills, demonstrate leadership throughout campus, and have a deep commitment to furthering social causes.

SPRING 2022 RECRUITING TIMELINE

CAB Fair

Stop by our station at CAB Fair. This is a great way to learn a little bit more about Hilltop and if you think we’d be a great fit for your Georgetown experience. During this time, you can ask our Board of Directors some questions and pick up some informational material.

Information Sessions​

Attend one of our information sessions to get a more formal introduction to Hilltop and a detailed overview of our application process. Following the event, our Board of Directors and some general body members will be available to answer any questions you have.

Coffee Chats

For anyone interested, coffee chats are a chance for you to have a one-on-one meeting with some members of our general body and ask any questions about applying to our organization or their Hilltop experience. These are by no means mandatory and are also not evaluative.

Case Workshop

After the written application, candidates chosen to interview are invited to our Case Workshop to help prepare. This will include an overview of what to expect in a case, a demonstration with two of our board members, and some time for attendees to ask questions.

Interview Weekend

Our Spring 2022 interviews will have two rounds and consist of both behavioral and problem-solving components. Don't be nervous! Ultimately, it's a chance for us to get to know you and for you to prove you'd be a great fit. If you'd like some pointers before your interview, don't hesitate to reach out.
