Recruiting Events
This branch of Hilltop Consultants is responsible for hosting events related to careers in consulting. In the past, Hilltop Consultants has hosted:
- Information Sessions: Small and exclusive sessions to network with corporate recruiters from consulting companies in several different practice areas including management consulting, operational consulting, and human resource consulting. Members get the opportunity to avoid the large crowds common to campus information sessions and can instead interact with company representatives in a more relaxed atmosphere.
- Workshops: Educational workshops aimed at helping students fine-tune their resumes, practice case interviewing, or learn more about the skills needed to be a successful consultant.
- Training Sessions: Project members have the opportunity to attend training sessions led by industry professionals. Through these training sessions, student consultants get the chance to see how real consultants operate, learn how to approach business problems, and put together effective deliverables.
Career Resources
One of the central missions of Hilltop Consultants is to introduce Georgetown students to the vast world of consulting. As with exploring any career path, students interested in consulting should learn as much as they can about the industry.

- Case Interview Appendix –A compilation of actual case interviews that board members have experienced through their own job search. Great for practicing for those tough case interview questions you will face during the internship and full-time job hunt.
- What To Do At Info Sessions – A document with tips on how to approach the company info session and the things you can learn that will improve your interviewing skills.
- Studying Abroad & Job Interviewing – For those who are studying abroad and concerned about landing an internship or a full-time job, read this to learn about your options and the steps you can take!
